Vehicles are not transported until payment for both the vehicle and transport has cleared. Your booking confirmation will include an estimated delivery date. Note that transit times are estimates only — delays can occur due to weather, breakdowns, road closures, or carrier availability.
Inspect and sign for the vehicle on delivery. If damage is found, note it with the driver, then lodge a formal written claim to buyertransport@manheim.com.au within 24 hours with photos and vehicle details. Our team investigates and responds within 10 business days.
